I hate going to sites where someone says "that product sucks" without explaining why they are unhappy. Most of the time it is someone who did no work and expected money to drop out of the sky. You clearly don't fit in that group as you have put the product to use. Needless to say, there are bound to be many that love the service but it's always good to get both sides of a story.
