		<description>Nice point raised. Why should the company be penalized when it is not even aware of the content that is being uploaded? They have their terms and conditions which if, accepted by the uploader is good enough legal documentation that the company has discharged its responsibilities. So if the uploader even after agreeing to the terms uploads illegal content, then it is he who should be brought to charge and not the company.
