Chris, there are no options. Enable the plug-in, go into one of your posts and create a custom field called “links”. In the value for your custom field you add the text you’d like linked back to this post e.g. some text1,some text2,sometext3

That’s all there is to it. You only need to create the custom field once – it’s then available from the drop down in each post.
