		<description>I agree completely, a large part of the reason I stopped working in IT was that the credibility was taking a nose dive.  They have loads of short courses in the UK to sell the £30k a year + company car dream.  You get people being churned out with a certificate and just about enough knowledge to open a command prompt.  SEO has really become the new IT - everybody and their dog is an expert.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the rant, Paul.  I&#039;ve got the same opinion on this.  It would seem to be pretty obvious but unfortunately there are enough trusting people out there to make this a profitable approach to some extent.  You could argue that the suckers deserve to be taken, but I think the cost in terms of reputation for honest IT service providers outweighs any Darwinian interpretation.  Love your work and your high-quality content.</description>
