Joseph Salamone, I have to agree with you. I bought KE1 expected continued updates as promised. Callen's excuse is that it's a new product. Well, he shouldn't have put the Keyword Elite name on the product. I have other products older than KE1 that promised lifetime updates, and those authors are still keeping their word. They have newer, similar products but when I see them I don't feel they've broken their word or promise to me. I was very upset when KE2 came out. I was toying with buying KE2, but already had Market Samurai. I've just started getting beneath the surface of Market Samurai, and you're right - it's a great tool.
