You can’t buy an unlocked one in the Uk from Apple or O2
You can unlock it yourself or buy an unlocked one from eBay but you will be paying a premium and i think the warranty becomes void!

It is an eBay store front, I actually have one of those myself You can get factory unlocked iPhones 3GS from ebay.co.uk, as I mentioned in my previous post, they are hugely expensive.

You can very easily unlock an iPhone 3GS yourself, its not quite the same as getting a factory unlocked iPhone, but those cost a fortune. A guide for unlocking a 3GS can be found over at iclarified.
