I was all about posting 3-4 times a week on my blog but I've gotten so busy lately with things that actually add money to my wallet instead of taking it away that I havent posted anything to it in weeks, I decided to check my traffic stats yesterday and found that I'm getting 100 more visits a day than I was a few weeks ago when I was posting several times a week. I think a lot of it has to do with the content, if you write things that aren't too time sensitive and will retain their "value" over time, you will continue to get good (and increasing) traffic from them.. Not to mention that I actually stop by your site any time that I get an email update because your not flooding me with new info, before I maybe checked out your posts once every couple weeks..
