You didn't say did you, or did you not contact them and asked what's going on with their ripp off? I had the same problem last year with probably the same hosting company and since than am not longer their affiliate. What you mentioned regarding the CPA offers, and how often you should change campaigns is really a big time issue, but their payouts are much higher than other types of earnings.
