Am I missing something here, how come so many people are arriving on these fair shores interested in a PeerFly scam? Just for the record I haven’t seen anything that would suggest that they scrub excessively nor that they don’t pay. PeerFly paid me absolutely fine and on time without any problems whatsoever.
So what am I missing here, how are PeerFly scamming people?
NB – Peerfly staff do take notice of this post and its comments so if you want to slag them off anonymously and without foundation then you’ve come to the wrong place. I’m more than happy to leave all authentic comments up (good or bad) but if you’re going to come out with stuff like they banned your account for “no reason” then you’ve got to be prepared to back that up. Oh and spamming offers or generating fake leads isn’t “no reason”.

I’ve been buying expired domains with back links for quite a while, a little over a year if my memory serves me right. In that time my approach has been to buy the domain and then 301 redirect it to one of my existing domains. The results have been OK if not spectacular. Sure those links can give an improvement in search rankings but it’s not the magic bullet I was hoping it may be. There had to be a better way of profiting from these expired domains, well last week I discovered it.

One of the most important things with running any business is keeping your costs under control. If you consider your attempts at making money online to be a business then one of the very first costs you’re going to encounter is hosting. If you’re in anyway serious about making money from the internet then you really need your own website, free services like WordPress hosted and Blogger just aren’t worth it. When it comes to choosing hosting there are 2 factors that tend to influence people the most 1. How reliable is the service? 2. How much traffic will my hosting account handle?

As you know I’ve been playing around with Twitter for a couple of months now. As a communication tool I still don’t get it, sorry if that offends but I just don’t. On the other hand however I have found some very good uses for Twitter and I’m going to share one of them with you now. It’s how I’m using Twitter to funnel long tail keyword traffic straight to my websites.

I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Go and read this post about an easy way to start making a profit with affiliate marketing. Does that make sense, good!
Now at step 4 instead of using your current favourite keyword research tool go and get yourself a ShoeMoney Tools account (it’s only $3.95 for the 9 day trial). Use the keyword research tool from within ShoeMoney Tools to generate your list of keywords. Now the thing is 7Search will strip out a LOT of the longer long tail keywords because they’ve had no searches, that’s fine. However you’ll still be left with a much longer list of long tail keywords that you can bid really low on (2 cents is my standard). On my offers I’ve gone from having between 20-40 keywords to over 100 good ones. For me to date a lot more targeted keywords = a lot more profit. Simples.

The technique I mentioned about using RevTwt to make money from Social Spark was a dud. I just got fired this e-mail:-
“Thank you for your interest in our CPC program. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm! However, we have noted that you obtained many clicks for your CPC Opportunities from an outside marketing platform, http://revtwt.com which is in violation of our Terms Of Service sect. 3.8.

It’s not very often I do a post looking back over the week but there have been a couple of stories around this niche of ours that have stood out this week.

Things have been very slow on the blogging front the last week. I really haven’t been doing much online instead concentrating on a couple of applications that I’m writing to make my day to day running a little easier. More on that stuff in the near future. Anyway, late yesterday afternoon I decided to catch up on a couple of the MMO blogs that I read and headed over to ShoeMoney. This post stood out, hmm pay per click arbitrage – I could see dollar signs and some easy money. Figuring I was early onto this i.e. no comments I decided to give it a go straight away. This is how I got on with my RevTwt / SocialSpark Twitter arbitrage:-
